Who We Are

HELEN (CEO)

Opening the studio in San Francisco in June 2008 is the culmination of a life-long dream for my business to have world-wide visibility -- and San Francisco is the perfect venue. This is truly a family company as at one time or another my husband and all four sons were involved. Today, my son Bob oversees the design and tech work, and coordinates with photographers and videographers. One thing I learned as Director of Administration of a 65-attorney law firm for 12 years is you have to be thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of running a business in order to make smart decisions. We incorporate that philosophy at T2 -- when we review your website, the ideas and advice we offer are based on years of experience and professional expertise.

Bob

Bob graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston and then toured Europe as the violinist for Cirque du Soleil's Dralion show for three years before taking over the operations at T2. He has been building web sites for ten years and is responsible for creating standards-compliant web sites, leading client consultations, and managing the projects. His in-depth knowledge of web standards applied to client projects with hands on experience with PHP, MySQL, and Flash make every project technically and artistically perfect.

Tom

Tom has eleven years of professional photography experience and is passionate about creating the perfect image at each photo shoot. Connecting with people to reveal a genuine smile, waiting for sunrise with camera on tripod, or shooting quick action at an event are completely different types of photography that Tom has mastered. He has chosen Nikon cameras and Nikkor lenses for premium image detail, and uses the Mamiya 645 medium format system when a project calls for an even greater level of resolution. The transition from film to digital allowed faster completion of assignments when digital capture equaled scanned film. Tom's photography includes: People, Products, Architecture, Landscape, Travel, Panorama, Documentary, Industrial, Training, and Annual Reports. He is comfortable shooting on a film set, in a clean room, or on the boards of an NHL hockey game.

MEI

Mei is a former star artist with Cirque du Soleil who is a recent graduate of Makeup Designory in Los Angeles. Apart from makeup, she is the Artistic Director for the photo shoots. Mei has a unique ability to make people feel comfortable, and an uncanny eye for design, an artistry that she applies to her makeup.

Liz

Liz's bright smile and energy adds so much to T2's working environment. A recent graduate of UC Santa Cruz Liz is trained as production assistant and is familiar with the equipment, helping with photo and video setup and office activities.
